• For every competition from Labyrinth Productions BVBA you must be 18 years or older, or have permission from your parent to participate
• A price that you win on Labyrinth Productions BVBA is personal, and therefore not transferable to someone else.
• A price that you win on Labyrinth Productions BVBA cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
• Any gambling tax owed is for the account of Labyrinth Productions BVBA, this means that you as a prize winner do not have to pay the gambling tax afterwards on the value of the prize won.
• If the prize won consists of admission tickets for one of our festivals or other events, no claim can be made upon cancellation.
• Labyrinth Productions BVBA is not responsible for possible damage, accidents, bodily injury or death if these cases occur as a result of winning prizes.
• Labyrinth Productions BVBA is not responsible for incorrectly supplied price information by an advertiser / sponsor.
• Labyrinth Productions BVBA is not responsible for any defects of TPG Post or other postal or courier companies (eg delay, strike, damage or loss). In the event that a prize is sent by registered mail and this can in some way not be handed over to the prize winner or co-resident / present on site, it must be collected by the prize winner at a later time (for example at post office or postal agency etc.), Labyrinth Productions BVBA cannot be held liable if the prize is not collected by the winner, even if no notification or notification in any form is left by TPG Post or other postal or courier companies, or if this notification or notification is lost or in an unacceptable degree is damaged.
• By participating in promotions or competitions from Labyrinth Productions BVBA you accept this complete regulation. If specific rules are drawn up for certain actions or competitions, those rules will have to be considered as supplementary to these regulations.

• No correspondence can be made about the results of competitions. Draws and announcements from winners are final.
